If Mill Financial now own the shares does that mean they can basically tell Henry there is no deal?

we've been fuk'd over guys. We were celebrating yesterday but I'm afraid it seems Hicks has pulled a masterstroke here. he'll be laughing his c@ck off at the moment. He not only has made it as awkward as poss for the club - he's actually stopped the BEST chance for the clubs future from taking over (NESV) and will leave us with Mill.

what a cu.nt. he has to die. simple as that really.

I dont see us been able to do anything  - he's having the last laugh folks.  :(

Surely the sale to Mill Financial isn't legal. Wasn't this the whole reason Broughton was placed into the club?

it cant be legal!  5 board members, 3 against and 2 in favour - doesn't work does it?

Mill may have bought the shares but fuk knows if that means they own us without Broughton's signature on that paper and judging by his performance in the last few days I'd say that'll be 'over his dead body!'

If Broughton etc pull this around we seriously owe him/them - big time.

surely he can't sell without the boards approval? In whatever context Hicks doesn't actually own the club to sell, RBS do and the club is ruled by the board. Surely if the majority of the board don't approve the sale, and even if the Premier League don't approve the sale then it can't go through?

How awful would it be if Mills took over?  I still know feck all about them.  Aren't they buddies of Hicks and Gillett though?

All this sucks.  its becoming harder and harder to follow.

Bloody hell this is getting messy. I guess in their own way, Mill need to seize their secured assets from Hicks prior to any sale (i.e. his shares), in the same way they have apparently already done with Gillett some time ago in order retain their rights going forward. The sale to NESV was surely executed by the then-owners and their board, i.e. while on their watch, and I would have thought that that is irreversible regardless that Mill now owns their shares - I'm no lawyer but am just trying to think this through logically (and struggling TBH). Very worrying developments though.
