our judge is MR Justice Floyd isnt it? i remember the case of RIM v Visto where he severely criticized the law firm Allen & Overy for the exuberant fees they charged to their clients. i cant wait to see his judgement on our case. im hoping he gives Hicks a reality check. here's Research in Motion v Visto. you might get a brief idea of the type of judge he is, he is usually rather conservative though, from what i heard. but his attitude in this case seems to imply he isnt an idiot and will protect the rights of the club.

How can the judge ignore Hicks saying the club is worth more... when someone IS offering more... someone who owns Manure themed pubs in his home country!!!

Broughton and the board made the decission to take the NESV bid for a reason. Broughton said it was their experience in running a sports team that swung it. No mention of money. I think RBS are aware that if they sell to someone who turns out to be a c.u.n.t. it will come back and bite them on the :censored:

as with Moores. The bottom line is that the board that was in place was agreed by Hicks Gillet and RBS and that board agreed to the sale of the club to NESV.

Exactly what I said a couple of pages ago mate....I think this could undo the NESV bid altogether....unless the judge has a right pair of cojones...
