Gutted now i never went , according to the info SOS recieved  it was gonna be a five minure case , .

I'm worried with this second bid from manure fan. The have an argument if they are saying the club is worth more and that there is someone prepared to pay more. Worrying, far from over this...

2 brief hearings and our case kicks off at about 11 oclock. RBS lawyers reckon its gonna take about 2 hours which will take them up till one oclock

and theres the problem for the court, in my view and my view only the court will go with hicks as this new bid showes the club could be sold for more and hicks needs not to take such a big hit......hope i am wrong.

would be funny if the Judge just pointed at Hicks and said...   'your a cu.nt' then hit his hammer down, end of hearing.
