Which one? We have a Judge as well, let him decide!  :buttrock

He is the one I dont trust  :D

Hopefully all this Hicks blusters is the death throes of large predator hoisted on his own petard named Broughton

Hicks sanctioned Broughton taking over and restructuring the board and now that MB has found a buyer and sold (as directed) he now wants us to believe thats not what he agreed - simply because the price isnt good enough?

If he didnt agree to the structure he should have objected wihtin a 'reasonable' period, he didnt thus he condoned the structure.

A good judge will kick this high out of the stadium.

righto ...

FIRSTLY - Harry Redknapp, butt out you droopey eyed t@ss pot. What the fk has any of this got to do with you ? Apart from winding us up on 2 fronts, firstly the fact your siding with those 2 fat yank oiks and secondly you gone bleating to the s*n. Watch your back 'arry! Sleep with one droopey eye open!

SECONDLY - Not defending Hicks here at all but if you actually read into it then this could turn out bad for us. Judging by the fact the club is valued at more than £300 million then Hicks can quite rightly stop this sale going through. It's as simple as that.

redknapp is a total wa,nker and to think some people on this forum wanted him to succeed rafa after he left??? .
he has no loyalty to any club, just himself and what he can get out of it.
not surprised about his comments or the fact that he writes for that piece of :censored: rag its just testament to the type of character he is and i for one am delighted he is no where near our club.
to echo st michaels view, i really hope inter run riot on them and wipe the smile off that slanted face of his.

Hicks has just emailed Radio City

Forbes is not an acknolwedged expert on valueing premier league clubs in a recession and after they've been systematically raped by the owners.

If Hicks' argument/defence is based on a tittle-tattle magazine's fantasy valuation then the lad really is in cuckooland.

The judge should fine him for wasting his time.

I wonder if T&T will turn up in court.... Nan, rotten eggs time...

But if that happens, won't Hicks only have 7 days to pay back the debt to RBS?  And if he fails, RBS can just take over and sell to the new guys anyways?

If Hicks somehow pulls this off... the club will be dead.  We'd have Hicks as owner with his son and buddy as the board holding out for 800 million.

what hicks is asking the court to do is to block the sale of the club by person no longer at the club, in a clever way he has set up a new board at liverpool, as owner he has the right to do this.......sort of.

he will ask the club to be frozen untill the 23rd nov, giving him time to get a new loan (looks like with citibank) to pay rbs off.

its danger all the way.

Thats was Kenny the Spiv's plan if you recall.    Got him nowhere either.

For people worrying about weather John Henry is rich enough to give us big transfer budgets etc, he is worth $800 Million or so.

Not a lot. But we have to remember that he is the head owner of the New England Sports Ventures consortium which is buying us. And that is worth billions. So we will be debt free and have an owner with a lot of money. This guy isnt afraid to spend a lot of money either.
