lakes10 wrote:no its not over, Hicks has to put up why it should not happen, the court needs to hear both side and have an outline of what both wish, its still 50/50 in my view of what happens in the high court, lets face it, when you talk about the high court they tend to do some very strange things lol
rag its just testament to the type of character he is and i for one am delighted he is no where near our club.Ciggy wrote:Hicks responded in an e-mail to The News: "The Board has no interest in selling the club at less than 50 percent of Forbes value. The court will decide."

Hicks has just emailed Radio City
SECONDLY - Not defending Hicks here at all but if you actually read into it then this could turn out bad for us. Judging by the fact the club is valued at more than £300 million then Hicks can quite rightly stop this sale going through. It's as simple as that.

Ciggy wrote:Well it gets even more interesting Financial Experts on SSN then NESV will buy the debt off RBS if Hicks tries to block the sale, then he will have to deal with them instead of the banks and they will pull the rug from under him.
lakes10 wrote:what hicks is asking the court to do is to block the sale of the club by person no longer at the club, in a clever way he has set up a new board at liverpool, as owner he has the right to do this.......sort of.
he will ask the club to be frozen untill the 23rd nov, giving him time to get a new loan (looks like with citibank) to pay rbs off.
its danger all the way.
