What the feck??? Soto got the ball... ref gives that kind of pen when Carroll is clearly held and slamed on the ground, but winning the ball is a pen? Feck you fecking ref!

Did he get the ball? depends on the camera angle I think. from the refs angle it looked worse than from behind the goal
