Liverpool Football Club - Games

These turned us over 3 - 1 away last season but we're a different animal this season and I think we can reverse that score!

I'm opting for a 1 - 3 scoreline with Suarez getting 2 and Sterling the other.

This is what the local residents think of Stoke...

Brian 36 - It's a popular misconception that there are no pretty girls in Stoke. There are. Sadly they also have the accent. It's a terrible thing to behold and hear.

Brenda 72 - The people with a mentality of a hamster, the place should be raised to the ground the women hosed down with water cannon and provided with decent clothes which cover their decency. the place is a Sh*t hole and a carbuncle on the face of the earth.

And this is what a visiting Scouser thought about it...

The weed you get in stoke is *****, if you can get it that is. i go to uni here and was so gutted that the weed/hash was so *****....no dark hash in sight anywhere, the skunk is ***** and twice the price that i pay back home in Liverpool for gear twice as good. if you enjoy a smoke of quality weed, avoid stoke at all costs.....for ***** resin and expensive skunk go to stoke.

Stoke Fans is an anagram for Snot Fakes

This is generally a shit place to go and I just hope we come away with a win and no more injuries. Not sure that Gerrard should start. Stoke can't live with a quick tempo and that is what we need for the game. We won't get that if everything goes through Stevie. We should also protect him from further injuries. It is no place to reintroduce Danny back from injury either.

Won't be an easy game by any means.

I know that it's not the old Tony Pulis' Stoke that we all know and hate, but it's still going to be a tough game to go to and win something for us. I remember vividly the last game we played there and lost 3-1 while their fans sung "can we play you every week?". One of the worst games in recent history.

But I think that we'll be too hard to handle for them this time, since we're a far better team now. We should definitely be winning these games considering our aspirations. We didn't get anything in the derbies so winning against teams like Stoke, home or away, is a must.

Despise this club as I personally hold them responsible for us not getting the league during Rafa's reign

My irrational thought process on this club only got worse when Tony Pullis turned them into a rugby side and then had audacity to start whinging about diving

Really wish they would get relegated barring that I take a 2-0 win with Suarez getting both and showing that 70 million release clause should have been a 100 million

Good news is, Begovic and Sorensen is injured. So is Huth. Assaidi can't play against us. So that's 4 of their key players unavailable.
I didn't know they have Butland though. Surprised he isn't on loan somewhere else or something seeing that the 2 other keepers are ahead of him in the pecking order.

With Neverton and the Spudz winning and over-taking us it's imperative we go out and smash those mofos.

Another Suarez hat-trick please.

Yep, it's crucial that we win fixtures like this especially given that we got nothing from our trips to the etihad and Stamford bridge. Our away form has got to improve if we are going to realistically keep pace with the likes of city and Chelsea at the top of the table.
Stoke is a tough place to go (we haven't won a league game there in the prem era) but this isn't the time to be dropping points

I think Hughes will send hisp layers out to attack us unlike Pulis who sat back.

If Sturridge gets a place on the bench and if we arent winning by around 60 minutes id bring him on to give us other options.

Id defo play moses in this one as his pace will destroy them.

The words Moses and destroy don't belong in the same sentence.
