Coutinho has been shocking yet again. Gave it away with almost every touch he took. Far too inconsistent to be a starter especially against the stronger sides. Bring Markovic on for him

Moreno has just learned the hard way that you can't dawdle on the ball in this league, apart from that 1 mistake we have been the better side IMO. If I have one criticism it's that we seem to lack a bit of cutting edge up top. It's a fine balancing act though, if we sacrifice a midfielder for a more offensive player we could lose control of the middle and end up pinned back in our own half.

unlucky to be behind. Moreno just caught ball watching, maybe not fully match sharp yet or just caught out blithe pace of the premiership. poor defending though.

Oh...seeing the slow mo and see how Moreno just stood there waiting for the ball when Jovetic was coming in from the blind side and nick the ball off him. He will quickly learn from this, but ouch!

I think we should only substitute like for like. I'd probably bring in Markovic for Coutinho and maybe Can for Allen later on (not that Allen has been bad but I think Can could do better offensively).

Coutinho hendo fullbacks not good enough. BR won the tactics battle but lost on poor defending this half.

It really was, he took an age to try and get rid. This is the challenge of bedding in new players. Pity we played well first half.

LOL. Gerrard is our only class player (with no Suarez) by a million miles. He will be wearing a red shirt till he is 50 at this rate.

Moreno just half redeemed himself with that clearance
