i wonder if Gerrard regrets not joining Chelsea when he had the chance. i feel sorry for him. probably might be the greatest midfielder to never win the title.

Ciggy mate, its not about injuries and all, its about this game! He has done the samething against Reading, and many have felt that he will learn from it (including me) and he didn't he just lost it! he took off Benayoun, Torres and Kuyt when we needed them to get back to the game, while Voronin stayed on the pitch losing the ball everytime he gets it. Face it, he just lost it! unbelievable decisions today.

I dont agree with him taking Torres off or Yossi but I do understand we need to beat Lyon and the Fulham players where kicking ten bags of sh!te out of nando, he wouldnt be much good sidelined for weeks would he?

But they're only missing because of Rafa. The fact we were rubbish in the final 3rd is because of Rafa. The harsh sending off of Degen was because of Rafa. The bad marking for the 1st Fulham goal was because of Rafa. Kuyt giving the ball away for the 2nd was because of Rafa.

So we should sack Rafa tonight. That'll only cost us £15m or so.

Mourinho can join tomorrow for free and on 50p a week wages because he's so generous and by next Saturday we'll be Premiership, European, FA Cup and League Cup champions.

Or maybe we realise that half the squad is missing and those on the pitch are even messing up the simple things because they have no confidence.

Here's a crazy idea: Get behind the team and support them.

Aye, but, see, she does really have a very valid point. Those are all first name on the sheet players. We played today with practically a second string of players that lost their bollox and their disipline. That injury list is the worst I've seen at this club in over 10 years or more, and factor in illness as well, it's like the heavens are against us at the moment.
