This will not be easy at all, Burnley are desperate for points, it's between them and Newcastle who comes above the relegation zone - they're playing for pride just as WBA were.
Sean Dyche knows how to play Liverpool, he's always frustrated Klopp and tonight will be no different.
If Leicester beat Spurs then we need to win both our games.
If Leicester lose then in theory depending on scorelines, we can win one and lose the other.
If they draw, we need one win and a draw.
Two draws aren't good enough.
Three points are vital tonight to get the show on the road.

Massive game, I expect a 1-0 or 2-1 to us and to be a nervous wreck.

Come on Redmen!

4-0 to us and anything less then we don't deserve 4th place. It's Burnley FFS - should be a formality for Liverpool Football Club

Another cup final. They beat us at home so it won't be easy, I expect another tough game. Getting our goal difference up would be great, but just getting the win would be enough.

We need to be careful about chasing goal difference. We did that against Palace in 2014 and we all know how that turned out. Just bag the win. With Leicester facing Spurs on the last day two wins of any margin will probably get us top 4.

Burnley have had an extra day recovery and will have fans in the ground so I can see another slog unless we score early.

When we lost to them at Anfield Jurgen and Dyche had a huge bust up as well which you can bet wont have been forgotten. This game is going to have an edge to it even more so with fans being allowed back in the stadium so our players need to be bang up for this and up for it from minute 1 as well, none of this starting slow malarkey like we did against United and West Brom, we cant afford to keep giving teams a goal start, sooner or later its going to come back to bite us on the @rse.
It’s been an awful season but our players have a chance to salvage something positive from the wreckage, all they have to do is beat 2 teams they should be beating, now we all know footy isn’t as simple as that but we aren’t asking for miracles here, we just need the lads to go out roll their sleeves up and match Burnley’s effort and work-rate, if we do that we should have too much for them.
It’s clearly going to be a nervy one though, their physical forwards against Phillips and Williams is going to be a key battle, particularly if our lads make a few mistakes get a bit nervy/jittery/rattled and the crowd starts getting on their backs.

Considering the shyte season, problems we've had, if we can get a UCL spot it would be some achievement. Turf moor or shall I say 'tough' moor won't be easy. Like Yaka said let get right at them get a lead and friggin build on it.

Georginio Wijnaldum returns to the starting line-up as Liverpool make one change for tonight’s Premier League clash at Burnley.

The midfielder replaces Curtis Jones in the line-up at Turf Moor in the Reds’ final away game of 2020-21.

James Milner and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are back on the bench after injury and illness respectively.

Liverpool: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Phillips, R. Williams, Robertson, Fabinho, Wijnaldum, Thiago, Mane, Salah, Firmino.

Subs: Adrian, Milner, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Jones, Tsimikas, Shaqiri, Origi, N. Williams, Koumetio.

Well we cant be relying on a hail Mary in the dying seconds again.  Hopefully it wont come to that and we take our chances to go a few up long before the 90th minute.

Il go 3.1 to us

C'mon the pool  :buttrock

Some dodgy passing early on...not very reassuring.

edit: Wasteful by the front 3 - should have had 2 goals by now

edit: 1-0 bobby
