I'd be happy with a 0-1 victory. One of the toughest matches this season so far

Bolton is a tricky side and Liverpool seems consistent.. Kewell played well and Crouch scored against W.B.A.. Gerrard got a couple of shots on target last game and Riise was given the whole stretch on the left side of the field to run about.. Anything more to say.?.

PONGOLLE AND HAMANN START AT BOLTON
Lee Brown 02 January 2006
Florent Sinama Pongolle and Dietmar Hamann come into the Liverpool side for today's Premiership clash at Bolton as the Reds look to make it 11 wins out of 11.
Pongolle replaces Djibril Cisse in attack and Rafa has made three other changes from the side that beat West Brom, with Hamann, Traore and Sissoko coming in at the expense of Alonso, Garcia and Riise.

It is expected Steven Gerrard will continue on the right side of midfield with Sissoko being joined in the middle by Hamann.

Liverpool - Reina, Finnan, Hyypia, Carragher, Traore, Hamann, Sissoko, Gerrard, Kewell, Crouch, Pongolle. Subs - Carson, Riise, Cisse, Garcia, Alonso.

Hi everybody. Come on reds!

4'     Timid start to the game so far. Crouch has been well marshalled by the Bolton defenders.

7'     Diouf gets a good cross in from the left, but the header from Davies is weak and Reina is able to easily collect.

Well it seems nobody is here, and besides Bolton has scored. I'd better do something else.
