I reckon Rafa absolutely has to play his strongest XI..... We cannot afford to let the title slip by underestimating the opposition. Stevie G and Torres are the best at what they do in the Prem' bar none, let's unleash them and drive the likes of Wigan into the ground....

I wouldn't be suprised to see:

                                           Reina

                 Arbeloa         JC              Hyypia               Aurelio

Pennant                  Gerrard             Mascherano              Riise

                            Torres                  Voronin.

Maybe with Babel instead of Riise or Voronin.

Rafa and Rick Parry Interviews

He seems in good spirits, hes letting his guard down a bit and showing his sense of humour :D

We will field a very strong team at wigan of that I'm sure. Torres will start the game I am 100% certain of it, even if wigan do decide to defend deep  We will see just about the strongest line-up which is currently available, which is just as well because not only do we need to win but we need to get a bit of something going, some fluency and cohesion. No, I am absolutely certain that for the next four of five league games us anti-rotationalists will have very little to moan about.

I love this fixture.  It's the only game I can get tickets for.  I'm a mum of three boys and can't get to the games at home.  Last year I took my middle son and we won 4 - 0 hoping to see the same sort of score line.  Unfortunately won't be able to cheer too loud as we are in the south stand with the Wiganers.  Don't care tho cause my eldest lad is coming with me tomorrow.  We can't wait to see Stevie G and JC play again.  Hope Torres gets part of a game at least - but in Rafa we trust so if its not to be we'll deal with it anyway.  I'm just so excited and can't wait.
