I am thinking Rafa may rest one or two of our longer distance travellers.

I've seen a few bullshitter manc fans casting aspersions with allegations we withdraw players from Internationals only for them to play the next club game. Well I think Gerrard, Alonso and Riera staying on late to contribute to wins - and Torres being on for 85 mins puts those pathetic little allegations to bed where most mancs belong before kick-off.

And what did rio go off for? Bad back?!?! Maybe the drugs don't work after all.....................  :D

wtf

Not that it is related to us but Poland won 10-0!!!!  :p

Anyway nice to see the Liverpool lads scoring for Spain. I trust Torres came through unscathed? And regarding Yossi he can't have been injured if he was on the bench for them tonight right?

Did he play?

Some really weird results tonight, Norway actually managed to win a game as well, it was quite an exciting finish to an otherwise :censored: quality match with Finland. Finland actually looked ok and were robbed in my opinion.

BTW I can confirm that we really aren't missing too much from Riise though!

Yossi Benayoun came on as a 47th minute substitute for Israel in their 2-1 defeat in Greece.

like playing far away isn't bad enough, usually Masch needs rest after internationals anyway

Hopefully the same applies to Tevez  :D

just read that it's 11,800 feet above sea level!
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

dont want to read any posts because I am recording a lot of games on delay, but if you go back for Kuyts opener against macedonia I believe it was a 23 or 24 pass passage of play that leads to the goal.

Do we need a DM against Fulham? This is the kind of game where we should be attacking imo.
