Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Decent article here from the Dallas news about the fall of Hicks. Lets face it hes a broken man now and any claim for damages is simply an attempt to tr and piece his shattered reputation back together though I feel he will just suffer another big hit if he messes with Liverpool again.

good bit on CCN late last night on our club and Hicks, they also had some guy on there that had taken a company to court in the same way hicks is going to do with us and RBS, the first thing the guy said was Liverpool will not have to pay any money as RBS are the ones that took the money, the gut won his case in the end but only got half of what he was looking for.

CNN history of liverpool and hicks was spot on, they did not hold anything back, they also talked about SOS and the flag burning, it was a very good bit of tv, as it ended the host said "shows what happens when you upset fans of a club they love"

oh yes lol

yer he must have, buy hey dont getme started on the waste of money Rafa did at our club and thecrap players he took to our club, but what is not in the list is all the young none english kids, we pay for them to come over and pay for them to live here, 5k here 15k there, it all adds up, BBC did a bit the day afterRafa left and they stated one young kid that we got for free ended up costing us 70k in the first 20 weeks due setting him up in the UK, all that should be added to that list.

so yer for me Hicks makes a good point on Rafa, even a :censored: can be right sometimes

lol i would not be shocked if hicks did not use all the names that sent emails in his new court case........wonder if he will miss my 403 emails lol

oh and i might have made a few posts about him on some takeover thread on a website  :buttrock

i do think he will win some money back, under uk law rbs did nothing wrong and under us banking law rbs did nothing wrong.

but under normal us law anyone one can go to claims court and state a case. bit like OJ, when he got off he was taken back to a claims court and lost.

I'm feeling very pleased that my small contribution has been recognised by Hicks. The interview he gave was typical hogwash, littered with whitewash but it was never in doubt that SKY would lap it up and salivate....lakes of course will take is as fact because he is never to be one with his finger on the pulse with regards to Liverpool Football Club....
