i wouldnt be surprised if this lim guy is hicks muse.trying to upset the deal in hand just before the courtcase.bidding £320 mil and £40 mil for transfers just adds fuel to t&t;s claim the club is being undervalued. off lim you plonker.

12.06pm: Despite his new offer, Lim's chances of buying Liverpool are slim. Lim is only likely to gain control of Liverpool if Hicks loses in court and RBS put the club into administration or NESV choose to pull out. NESV's agreement with the LFC board is legally binding, so a higher bid cannot be accepted. Lim might also try to offer Hicks the funds needed to pay off the debt and take control surreptitiously, although this would seem like a very risky strategy. Lim, by the way, is a Manchester United fan and owns a string of Manchester United themed bars, the Reds cafes, in Asia.

He can't. Only way Lim can take over is if Hcisk loses the ct case and NESV pull out. RBS would need to take the club into admin and sell to Lim.

NESV's agreement is legally binding with LFC now.

It's a tricky game to play but if it's true Hicks walks away with zero for NESV then it's possible even for 20Mil maybe.

Thing is why didn't this Lim guy make an offer last week?
