October 6th is when £60 million interest will be put on the club if the debt has not been paid.

There are alot of things happening behind the scenes which nobody knows about....G&H weren't gonna go down without a fight. they'll use every last dirty trick they know to get something out of this mess.

But the good news is they are not in a great place themselves, financially. And have quite frankly become a joke.

We will be sold.

and thats a fact. People are just scared because they do not know what's happening, i am too at times....but keep reminding myself that RBS are finally running out of patience with this aswell.

so no need to worry too much....just need to make sure the right people are chosen.

Cracking read on the BBC website this morning about Huang. Paints a different picture of him, the fact he wasn't able to prove where the funs would come from and reckons this was him purely him putting himself in the limelight rather than being a genuine bidder for the club!!

What gets up my nose is hearing on the news that the Kenny Huang bid fizzled out, surely it would be right for LFC to be the first to make the announcement just out of politeness, they could have put out a statement to the effect "We believe Kenny Huangs bid has been withdrawn and we are now dealing with this situation".
We shouldn't hear it from a news programme first or did they and I missed it.

What i'm hopeing is that things are finally getting done the old way , you know the one "the liverpool way " . No spouting of to the press ,no washing our dirty laundry in public . Just getting it done queitly behind the scences . No fuss , no bullsh!t , just doing there job properley . The only time we'll hear about it is when it's done . I just pray and hope to god (i'm sorry they don't deserve my trust) that the board do the right thing this time .

Frankly, I'm with Broughton on this one if he is indeed acting in the interest of the club and not the two owners. An important sale like this shouldn't be rushed and if you got it, put it on the table. It's as simple as that. Feck Kenny Huang...

Was watching this morning and they were saying that Platini had pushed through that new rule where by after this season clubs can only spend what they make on transfers.

So in short that means if we were to be sold after the Jan transfer window we can forget about a mass squad overhaul unless we are raking in the same amount. Ultimatley it will make it harder for teams to imrpove their positions in the league table.

Im all for bringing in new rules to control spending but that sounds a little harsh.

Exactly it could potentially hurt us the most now that we are out of the top 4. Forget about any '4 or 5' top quality players coming in. The only time I can see us increasing revenue in a big way is when we get the new stadium.

Yeah that's what I thought but they said it will be after the next transfer window so that means Jan right?

They said thats why City are spending stuid now because they won't be able to continue like this next season.

Method in their madness then. Totally understand why they have been throwing the cash around as they have been. Apparently the January window will be the last time for them to flex their financial muscle.

The next window, in January, is the last that will not feel the impact of the financial regulations imposed by Michel Platini, the UEFA president. By the time of the following financial year, April 2011 to April 2012, clubs must start to reduce losses and while there are four more seasons before the regulations properly take hold, the rules are complex and incorporate retrospective calculation.

Can't believe how quiet every things gone. There's not much news around about the takeover.

I know we are all desperate for news, but is this a sign that things are being done quietly and in a proper manner ,
in the Liverpool way. Think we've all got to hope that that's what is happening , 'cos the alternative is we're stuck with them
for even longer. A horrible thought !!
