Too damn right. Babel is the auther of his own demise and despite his obvious talent hasn't the brains or will to improve into a TEAM player. Personally i'm fed up of watching him run the ball out of play or refuse to track back into defence.

Get rid ASASP

I'm a bit confused what is so shocking about it, I don't really see anything wrong with that interview. I'll agree that he is not good enough and needs to work harder but when you have had a manager you don't get on with, how well have you worked? I know that in those cicumstances I have not been at my best.

Surely you jest, heimdall..... You can't see anything wrong with that interview?

The fact that he's washing dirty linen in public and slating the manager the way he has?... or perhaps the fact that he's obviously unconcerned with team harmony?... or perhaps the fact that he thinks he's done his level best despite abundant evidence to the contrary?...

These impressions don't smack you in the face when reading that?

I don't believe that for a moment, mate... I know that you've been hounded over the last few months or so and I did feel that you were a little hard done by back then..... But this last month or so you've been doing nothing but fishing.... looking for a reaction..... most of your posts don't make sense anymore.

Has to stop mate..... you're a better poster than that.

2p worth....

Now he is worth £20 million, at least.....He is, possibly, the best schemer, as they used to be called, in English football today.

No need for that level of silliness in an otherwise good article.

As far as Babel's comments are concerned :sleep

If he is then the question is, can he regain it? If not then this is surley only heading to one thing.

I think when you look at Carra and Stevie they look p1ssed off and a lot of that frustration is at Rafa, it's just a hunch and I could well be wrong but I really do think he is loosing the dressing room fast, just like SouthCoast says.

Yes, me too...  ???

Isn't it odd how Rafa loses the dressing room every season, then all of a sudden they're right back with him...?

You really do make me smile, Heimy...

Without siding here.

You have to admit that there are problems when we have a crisis of this nature every season, regardless of the recovery. The others around us don't have the same problems.

s@int wrote:No player should put himself before the team Heimdall. Strikers need to be selfish, but for the good of the team not just because they are feeling hard done by.

If he had shown a bit more effort, looked like he was trying to impress and that he actually cared about his performances I would be a little more understanding. As it is he looks like he couldn't care less, has no bottle and would rather moan to the press than get his head down and work to force his way into the team.

I DON'T DOUBT HE HAS ABILITY, I do doubt that he has the heart, brains or application required to ever "prove himself".

:nod

He doesn't even try, he stands there on the pitch taking himself off at every tackle, can't be @rsed to challenge headers, can't be @rsed to pass the f*cking ball to a teammate, sums up this player  for me. No attitude and a disgrace to a Liverpool shirt.

If he leaves this January, good riddance.

I'm bloody fuming at Babel now, I mean I'm becoming critical of Benitez lately, but he just screwed himself now, Rafa gave him a chance against Tottenham in the first game of the season, and he was sh*te, then gave him a game against Arsenal and still sh*te.

Normally I try my best to see the good in people, to see past the obvious, to see positives in people where others see only negatives, to believe that despite what others perceive as weakness and self-centredness could possibly be a sign of one taking initiative and seeking to drag others with them, ............

and then there's Babel...............

who's quite clearly a kun.t
