Never been the lad's biggest fan by any means but it's nice to hear that he's turned up early at Melwood for pre-season training this year (reported on Friday instead of the scheduled Monday).  I think he senses two things: 1) increased competition from the likes of Cole and Jovanovic and 2) an opportunity for a fresh start under Roy.  I would love to see him prove me wrong and become a valued member of the side.

He used to follow me, played on Call of Duty (PS3) with him as well, seems a sound enough guy, gets a lot of cr3p and it's not all deserved.

I love it Dawson honestly. It's the first thing I check every morning. I follow mainly football correspondants, the good ones anyway. Stevie doesn't really post much but it's mostly when he does anyway. "Im proud to be your captain > England" ect..

You get to find out a lot of breaking news via twitter. Give it a go.

I try to follow a lot of football around Europe too but tweets from people like Honigstein and sildlowe are very handy. I probably use it more than facebook now tbh. Don't post much myself, lot of RT's mind you. During the world cup it was quite funny watching everyone tweet away as big things were happening.
