Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

I think that under Roy Kelly,Darby and Spearing have a very good chance of turning into very good players for our club.
the focus this year for a lot of clubs is home grown players and the 3 of them have it in them to make if they wish.

Kelly maybe but not darby or spearing -both the latter are just solid ressies and dont even stand out when playing in the reserves . Both imo championship players who would flourish there just like Hobbs has

I agree with that but these sort of players are fine for me as players that can come in and do a job.
They wont be on high wages and are obviously desperate to play for LFC.
I would keep them both personally.
Over the last 10 years our bench has been littered with average foreign players probably on decent wages.
I know who i would rather have sitting on there.

Where did he play for England? And benny, who is Wisdom? Ive havent come across him when watching the ressies, if I have he hasnt made much of an impression.

Scored for under21 and with him and wilson we have two crackers. I don't agree with Ayala. He dint have any pace and isn't great on the ball either. I'd let him go to he honest. Kelly, Wilson, shelvey and Pacheco should have very bright futures at this club if given the opportunity. Save us millions also.

Kelly is a fantastic player, i remember be really impressed with him when we played Lyon in the Champions League. Has plenty of potential and hopefully will get a decent chance in the 1st team.

You forget Suso, who IMO, is our best prospect easily
