They are a worry. We start bright with lots of high energy and pace but maybe it's too much and we need to find a balance.

Last night we werent great in both halves - we only created a couple chances with both our goals coming from mistakes. The second half was even worse. We are certainly ridding our luck at the moment but we really need to sort out the performances before the luck runs out

Maybe the focus on posession football is keeping stamina levels low, training without the ball maybe one solution? I can't quite put my finger on what it is
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Possibly - maybe they need more fitness training ?

If we were playing possession football in the 2nd half against Swansea, surely we failed miserably. Imo possession football uses up less energy. Chasing for the ball like donkeys uses up more energy.

thats a good point about the fitness, i dont think we look any where near the level's we where showing this time last year. even though the results are better this time around we look slow and laboured, there is no urgency from us at all in the final 3rd.
when the second half arrives we look balloxed and unable to shift a gear.
maybe its the tactics but i do think the fitness of certain players looks questionable.

It's a bit strange really. Remember guys, last season and the season before that we had fantastic performances but weren't getting the results. This season we've been very awful at times but we're on top of the table. Surely, people would think that we're riding our luck and would be back at our old self soon enough if we keep it going like this, but I think that improvement on last season is already visible. We've won 3 games that we would have drawn last season and drew one that we would have lost. Is this all simply down to luck? Our performance obviously needs a bit of improvement, but at the end of the day it's the results that matter, and key thing is that we're getting them right now and I believe that it is very unfair to say that it's all down to luck.

If we would have lost those four games he would have been the sh'ittyest manager ever and the sack race would be on.
We have won three of the four and he is still not good enough

When Rafa took us to the top of the league at Christmas we played some truly mind numbing football but it got results. With what Rodgers has at his disposal I will settle for some of that !!

If any of you Fans think BR will get us in the top four, playing woefully like we have V Southampton and Swansea, then those people are totally Brain Dead. We are well short of the right personnel, tactics, and abilty to get anywhere near it.

We have massively rode our luck, and today we paid for it.

BR is not Bob Paisley or Shanks. Never in a million years.

I am until you say something beyond comprehension. I mean, stating that the manager isn't Paisley or Shankly was pure genius.

None of us would have ever figured that one out had you not pointed it out.
