Love him or hate him you can see it's obviously getting to the lad, as a human being it must be hard like he says to do well in his first season then be put on the subs bench and never play.

Nah mate, he's actually a decent lad, always positive about Liverpool and how great the club an fans are, I've played on COD with him a few times, pretty down to earth but seems like this is the straw that broke the camels back.

The thing that is baffling though, with all of the injuries, why wouldn't he at least be on the bench. He must be on his way out than right? And if he isn't on his way out immedietely, but is still left out of the team, Why didn't we get rid of when we recieved what nearly all agree is a very fair sum?

Actually i thou babel have a good first season, i still remember a goal he scored against Derby (??), he went past 2 defenders to smash an unstoppable shot past the keeper. I knew at that moment we have someone special. But sadly he was bench the next season and i guess it affects his confidence.

Bellamy also have a monster season at blackburn before fizzling out with us.
Keane was tout as the most exciting strike force in euro with Torres and our treatment of him was disgraceful.
Aquaman is the prince next to Totti, now he is like just any lanky italian we sign on a free.
Morientes was a great dominance in the air but it was like he lost his heading ability when he played for us.

I dont know whether it is the league that they dont get used to or Rafa cant get the best out of these players.

He's been left out of the squad for Stoke...

That to me is a massive sign that he is going to be leaving. Why else would he be left out? He isnt injured, we could use him on the bench with our injury status. Must be going..

Hopefully we will get that 9 mill for him.

I'm pretty sure he said on the internet last night that he intends to stay at Liverpool.

I got the feeling from watching him that he'd be reluctant to move studios.
