Would actually row him to holland on a dinghy if i had one at the minute.

I don't think there is any player in the 40 years that I have supported Liverpool that I actually like less - sorry Ryan - you're Mum loves you!

One thing Liverpool fans have not tolerated is players who don't even put the effort in.

Last night wasn't about effort, it was about his staggering lack of ability to make a decision on the pitch. I've never, seen any player think so slowly.

Lost patience with the guy but I can see why he is frustrated as HE IS NOT A LEFT WINGER and is always asked to play out of position when he does get picked. I think he needs a new start somewhere else and if we were to use him as bait for a deal in January (for another striker) I would welcome that.

And then he gets moved up top late on but still manages to c.ock up our best chance to draw level because he can't be bothered sticking out the left boot. I've lost patience with him ages ago and I think Rafa has too, if recent team selections are anything to go by.

Not sure Rafa is overlooking Babel :

August - 2/4 apps (50.00%) - lost both games Babel played in.
September - 5/6 apps (83.33%) - his best month, we lost only one game Babel played in (Fiorentina away)
October - 3/5 apps (60.00%) - lost all three games Babel played in.

Ryan "Jonah" Babel. He's played in 10 games for LFC this season out of 15, we've lost six that he's played in. He missed the Lyon defeat, then again Rafa's substitutions were both late and bizarre (eg Voronin for Yossi) in that game so he misses out on his "100% record". The wins he's played in were 1-0 over Debrecen and Leeds, a narrow 3-2 win over West Ham and as a sub in a 6-1 over Hull when it was 4-1 before he came on - he did score his two goals of this season in that game though.

Swap for Luis Suarez in January, I was willing to give Babel the benefit of the doubt but some 18 year old kid skinned him last night and made him look like a championship player. its best for everyone if he moves on now.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

What's the bet this rumor will amount to nothing with Babel declaring in a few months "I want to fight for my place".

To be honest anyone watching him is unlikely to be impressed enough to want to pay a decent fee. Do we want to loan him out? Poor as he often is, we don't exactly have an abundance of stars on the bench and he can play several roles, has pace and does occaisionally do something positive.

But I agree, he's unlikely to remain quiet until he either gets in the side more often (unlikely) or gets a move/loan move. How many years does he have left on his contract? I'm guessing he may do a Pennant and run down his contract if given half a chance

The hell he will he cost us 11Mil, he is not going to walk away for free. Rafa will sell him in the summer. He will obviously be making a loss but it just depends how much.

He has no passion either, he never chases the ball or looks like he is trying to break a sweat. You would think some of that would rub of his fellow dutchmen Dirk.

Thats a good comparison that mate, Collymore was similar definately but had more about him imo.

Don't doubt Babels talent. What I do doubt however is his attitude and application. Did anyone notice his less than passionate celebration after Torres scored against the Mancs ? , everyone of the players was going nuts on the touchline but Babel looked like a fella that had found a penny and lost a pound !. Don't believe his heart is with us and let's face it passion is what won us the match. If we could get an offer that at least gave us our money back I'd get rid of him.
