Who would you choose - Mancs or bitters

I would chose Everton. I couldnt stand United cleaning up.... Everrton would live off it for years but thats what footballs about... we could say weve won it more often and loads fo great fun arguments could start and we could be on the winning side everytime... because after all is said we have won more than them. They never have a leg to stand on. Also Everton would be mad that the only year they managed to win somehting they stopped Liverpoll second bigest rival to winning all four, of however many you were saying. Inside they would be frustrated that they hadnt won it the year before or the year after so that they could give us stick about united being better than us.

Anayway Nanny.. Do you not feel sorry for these bitters sometimes?? surely they would be more sweet if they won something. Your lads could have a great day out and you coyuld see the smiles on their faces. Is that not what its about?...

Everton. I don't even hate them that much anymore if I'm honest. I actually feel sorry for them and their fans as they're a complete irrelevance to me these days.

The Mancs on the other hand I detest more than life itself. I'm already sick of all this f#cking quintuple talk from the press so I really hope Inter and Spurs stick it up them this week.

Everton everyday of the week. Although I can't stand Gollum I actally think he's a really decent manager who's done well with little resources there. I just think he can do a hell of a lot better than that lot. :D

The mancs are on for a quadruple on top of their other "trophies", I think they can meet the mancs but have no influence on the other trophies the mancs want to get their grubby paws on

It's a toughie, I suppose it's better the bitters you know. No, seriously, I think I wouldn't "support" either team but might be happier if the bitters won a final to deny the mancs a treble or quadruple simply because the mancs have enough to boast about without an "ultimate achievement". The bitters win a trophy or two every ten years, you always have the line that even small clubs win trophies :D (as opposed to big clubs that win doubles, trebles, quadruples or just more regularly than the bitters do)

It wasn't quite the same last Champions League final, but on the one hand the mancs were on for a double, while on the other the chavs could win a European Cup and join a relatively elite band of clubs. Of course there is alway a possibility, no matter how remote, that the bitters could win the Champions League now you don't have to be Champions. In fact you don't even have to have ever finished third, second or Champions in your league, finishing fourth could be your biggest ever achievement.

But don't worry too much, there's a long way to go and the mancs are a long way from winning the Champions League and the bitters are not that likely to stand between them and a treble or quadruple. The mancs could stumble :

- against spudz in the Carling Cup, reckon that could go either way

- in the Premiership, although it's not looking good for any team who pretends to the throne

- against Swansea or Fulham away, although they may not be the sternest tests in the FA Cup, Arsenal and Chelsea could still stand in their way - or the bitters, boro or Wes Ham

- in the Champions League, Inter need to make most of their CB shortage. Despite dominating domestically the mancs have hardly done the same in Europe, and there's still Liverpool, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Porto, Barcelona, Juventus, Bayern, Villareal and some other decent teams who could knock them out. Surely Barca can't be as toothless as they were last time the two sides met? Chelsea I reckon could do them over two-legs. While their opponents weren't "easy" the two times they won the competition, they seem to get sides they can beat or just meet them at the right time for them. I mean if the mancs could hand pick opponents, I reckon Lyon and Roma would be two they'd fancy beating and do so most times.

Id rather Everton won anything before the Mancs as well. So many of the :censored:, its easy to hate them, braggin :censored:
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

My hatred of the Mancs goes back to the FA cup final 1977 when that spawny goal by Greenhoff denied us the treble. I was only a kid then and cried for days, well up until the Wednesday when we the European cup but that FA cup final still hurts.

Well after all that media guff, maybe fuelled by the mancs or not, they had two CBs and no great problems. Inter were peace poor, but surely the "best" team in Italy can do better second leg? Maybe suit their style, although it's not as if the mancs didn't attack last night. And how many free-kicks did they needlessly give away? I can see why Inter were whinging at the ref over the volume of decisions in favour of the mancs
