No, we certainly didn't.
Well I did say probably so apologies if I called it wrong. I seem to remember Saint posting up that we'd spent 70 million last season and if that isn't more than Man Utd and Chelsea, it can't be that far behind I wouldn't have thought.
Even if we did spend as much in the last season or two(which we did not)?Where does that put us on a par over the last ten years on average?
I'll leave that up to owzat?
I cant really understand how people are blind to this so i will really really try to make myself blatently clear!
CHELSEA HAVE ABROMOVICH ie they can buy any player that will come to them and pay the wages that player wants!
UTD have the benefit of a manager that has been there 20 years plus.Because of the pre mentioned time factor he has a luxury that we do not..ie great players coming near the end of careers only need replaced once in a while sign one or 2 and you are home with the co'ck out!Its success over a period of time! And its easy success!MOT the squad but remember soon the chassis will go!
Nothing lasts forevever!
Anyway Bigmick I think its fair to say on all acounts without becoming a happy clapper or part of the breather brigade that likes oxygen or the sail by while quiting brigade or the thinker police or them ones that make sure ya dont go upon the sails on yer boat that ya talk a bit of sh'ite for!
I like Rafa and he makes a hell of a lot more sense than you ever will in shorter time as well! But i do like some bits of some of your posts, usually when ya say thats all..lol
Walk on Rafa!!

. Suddenly I'm being taken to task on the assumption, and being asked where that puts us in relative spend terms over the last ten seasons.

out of IFK Gothenburg
