Canavaro and Campo !!! are you trying to turn us into a club where players retire? Can you honestly see Rafa going out and getting a player alomost pension age after spending all his time putting together a young squad that will be together for 3/4 seasons?
Lets give the lad Hobbs a run and see what he's got or if we Rafa thinks he needs to buy don't get anyone older than mid 20's. I think the Micah/Taylor suggestions made by a few on here is the type of player we should be looking at.
Someone mentioned woodgate and to be fair to the lad he's a decent CB but spends most of his time injured.

Don't tell me that players well into their 30s can't offer something to the club.
As for Campo, he's currently being used as a holding midfielder, but as far as I'm aware, most of his career was spent as a centre back.
