Easy statement to make, but it wont be the fact that he thinks they are better players than him, more the fact of...well i couldnt get near the team in the Champions league final, since then we have bought in strikers (one world class) where does that leave me ?
The people who are saying he is lucky to be at Liverpool and grasp the opportunity when it comes in...while being right, they are forgetting that the lad is only human and must be really confused as to why Rafa said he wanted to keep him in the summer, then to discard him majorly.

I cant see how anyone wouldnt see or agree that he has been badly treated by the boss.

if its a policy of rafa to rotate, then surely no one can say it affects just crouch, or if crouch feels left out. in fact if he feels negative about it, then perhaps he doesnt have the right mentality for the team right now.

the manager runs the team, not the player

besides the policy affects everyone at lfc, not just crouch. if he gets a grip and focuses positive thoughts, then im sure he can move forward for the benefit of lfc and the fans

(note to bigmick and red37 - you see i can write more than 2 sentences  :D  )

But this is the problem isn't it, this stupid rotation of Rafa's coupled with the fact that he has the charm of a cinder block isn't helping us at all, in fact it is the problem.
Rotation sucks and so do Crouch and Rafa although Crouch would probably improve if he had a manager who could give him some confidence, I find it astonishing how many players seem to leave us and immediately start playing better!!
Oh I am so fed up with Rafa now, he is to stubborn and stupid, I can't believe he actually thought he would sign Heinze, I assumed he was only doing it to wind up Red Nose but look who had the last laugh, again!
Now we are languishing with bugger all team morale, this will all end in tears, unless Rafa's ships out and we get a manager with some knowledge of the premiership. :help

Come on do your worst rose tinted, happy clappy brigade :p

And btw Ciggy, love the pic, it's like looking in the mirror

Who has left Liverpool and started to play better? maybe morientes but thats mainly down to him being so bad in England and to the Spanish game being better suited to him.
Rafa pursing Heinze is far from stubborn and stupid, its sharp and astute trying to sign a good player that we wouldnt normally be able to sign through a legal loop hole. Unfortunatly it didnt work out but that is not to say rafa was humiliated.

Languashing in fourth, with a game in hand on second and third, six behind top spot and we play them (Arsenal, United and City) before the end of the year, so could realistically get on top of them.

Heimdall man, ship Rafa out ?

Where are you from ?

How long have you "followed" Liverpool ?

Yes we are languishing mate, how many points are we behind Arsenal now, and even Manure are pulling away, we are only in 4th because the other teams below us are equally sh1t. You cannot seriously say you have been happy with out games since the last international break, in that case you seriously lack ambition, me I want to win, and I'm fed up being a nearly team, yes yes the Fa Cup and Champions league I know and that was nice but it's the league I want and we are still miles away judging by recent games and idiotic management, mark my words rafa will be out before too long, I can't wait
Leon I've supported Liverpool long enough to have become damned impatient, that's how long!!!

As for players playing well after leaving us, how about Zenden the other night, he looked a lot better than he ever did for us, and Hamann seems to still be doing a damned good job at Man City, that's two for you but I'm sure there are many more.

I hate to call people clueless, as name calling is petty. However, you my friend are without any clues.

Re-read the post and I clearly stated how many points, 6. two wins, one against them and one when they drop points (they will soon, their run cant continue indefinitely.

We are fourth cus the other teams are bad ? How on earth can you post that, Chelsea are in there, won hte league twice the last three years. They are really bad.

heimdall wrote:You cannot seriously say you have been happy with out games since the last international break

I have not been happy with the results or performances, but EVERY team has a dip in form, and if this is ours then so be it. I have never posted that I was happy, nor have I eluded to the fact. What I have done however is asked for some reality in the reaction, unlike your good self who wants the manager sacked ?

I dont lack ambition, I have followed Liverpool since before I was born, and was lucky enough to have seen us win the league previously, however if we had only won the league between 1978 and 1990 then we would not be the greatest team in England. The Cup competitions are important in our history. The greatest FA Cup final, UEFA Cup final and European Cup final have all been won by this team in the last century. you cant just dismiss them out of hand like that mate.

Quite how we are miles away I am not sure, unless of course one mile is roughly 6 points in old money.

Also, I have just checked the record books and no one EVER won the league in October.

heimdall wrote:mark my words rafa will be out before too long, I can't wait.

MArk my words, Rafa WILL NOT BE GONE until he delivers the league a couple of times, he is that kind of man. so you will have to wait.

heimdall wrote:Leon I've supported Liverpool long enough to have become damned impatient, that's how long!!!

Maybe you have been following another Liverpool then mate, cus patience is our middle name, in every aspect.

Zenden has had one good game for MArsielle, who are in the relagation zone in France. He is TRULY hitting hte heights isnt he ?

Didi is a class player, but I will GUARANTEE he will not win one trophy ever again. MARK MY FUC.KIN WORDS.

heimdall you talk :censored:

Zenden the other night hardly passes as a massive improvement on his Anfield career and even Hamaan would say he played his best football for the Reds...so keep the names tripping off your WUM tongue

It wouldn’t surprise me if Man Citeh replaced Liverpool as one of the big four, Sven’s methods are working, Rafa’s key method is not working and I’m struggling to believe it ever will.

I do feel there is an element of overreaction, but four good games, marred by four bad games doesn’t make for a good read. It’s a blip in form, but every season we have a blip in form, every season is a blip in form when the glorious past is taken into acknowledgement.

I can see why people are getting frustrated and angered, Rafa has done little to ease such discontent and neither has his players.

We shall I, you are probably right, but the way in which the players are performing at the moment only aids Man Citeh’s cause.

I shall get back to the topic, so what has Peter said or done to have caused such an outrage amongst the fans?
