Houllier-why still believe in him - How can you be optimistic

Houllier gambled big time in the summer of 2002 and it backfired. The rot set in and he couldn't turn it around.

He's not the fool people make out but the time was right for him to leave.

Funny if he retired after his health problems i wonder how he would have been judged then

It is the huge payout to him and Heskey which p1sses me off, that and trying to get some credit for Rafa's season (when bad and good) other than that I'd wish him well,

Still think its funny that he gets credit for getting us CL football SOME SEASONS while Evans is castigated even though he never came outside top 4 and actually challenged for it one season (last time we actually did)
