We are currently going through the worst productive period in the league than I can remember.
Because results aren't great people will be unhappy with things.
For the last 5/6 years our club has been ripped apart by two cowboys and now the club is in a pretty poor state with our current owners having no clue about the game and having someone like Ian Ayre in charge ! It doesn't bode well for the future for some.
I don't think our current management structure have the ability or experience to move us back into the top levels of the game in Europe.

Henderson is starting to look a player, Downing is showing signs of what he's capable of.
Skrtel, Borini and Allen have not become bad players overnight and will improve next season.
We have some good young players coming through.
Brendan will add more depth in the summer and ship out those who don't fit the picture.
I'm a lot happier and more optimistic now than I was when we had the likes of Poulsen, Adam, Konchesky and Joe Cole.
Lets face it, unless Henry gets fed up and sells us to a multi billionaire, we're going to have to get used to it and back the plan.

look at the way the club handled the latest suarez incident as well, they were far more pro-active and dealt with it in a low key and professional manner.
i think they are growing into the job.

Agreed all except for Downing who I won't quickly forgive for his first fifteen months at Anfield which were nothing short of a disgrace. I think he has improved but compared to PC he is very average. Mind you it is all about opinions and at least one poster agrees that Downing's improvement has contributed to Liverpool's success since the beginning of January. However it must be appreciated that the same poster want's BR out and Rafa in, Ayres sacked and a rich sugar daddy to take over the club and spend a fortune on superstar players together with a new stadium. Forgive me if I don't share his view of Downing !!
Summer will be very important. We must keep Luis and get at least one high quality CB together with a DM to add some strength in depth. BR has got things moving in the right direction. Now he must take the next step. Top four next season is achievable if we don't repeat this years awful start of 3 wins out of the first 14 games. I'm enthusiastic about the future but there is still a lot of work to do.

Coutinho etc were examples of the scouting committee being involved ( and recommended by Segura ).
Let's hope it's not players like Williams , Vorm and Sinclair on their way.
I think taking control away from BR in regards the signings will be a good thing
