I have seen enough progress this season under Rodgers to know that he is the right man not only to get us back on track, but to get us the success that we crave. People mention that his Swansea side scored the least amount of goals in the league, they conceded a lot, he was sacked after 20 games at Reading, blah, blah, blah! That was then and this is now - he has shown boldness, he has shown bottle, he has shown tactical flexibility, he has shown he isn't frightened to take a risk. I think with the right backing, he'll bring in the right players for his system and we will see a much improved side.
I think we've been better than our league position and points tally suggests. We deserved to beat Man City, we deserved to beat United and we were denied the 3 points against Everton. We could have beaten Chelsea had Enrique scored with his shot. That's 12 points we probably should have had, instead we have taken 3 points from those 12. The only game we have been really poor in was against Arsenal, where Suarez and Gerrard performed like Sunday League players.
We'll get there, but the worst thing we can do is continue this path of chopping and changing managers. It's not a good precedent and Rodgers understands what this club is about and he seems driven and determined to lead us to success, what more can anyone want from a young manager? I think he's been a breath of fresh air to us and you'd have to an idiot to write him off. If Jose Mourinho says you're a good manager, you're a good manager, no question about it.

Sky sports have got most of us obsessed with where we are in the table. Nevertonians are squirting in their panties at being in the top four, sorry top five.
Its November for fu'cks sake.
