i didn't hear any insinuating myself - all i heard was you doing it all for him. if a commentator says we are being bold its because we are being bold, not because he thinks we should be playing like a mid-table team. sounds like its you that believes we're a mid table team. its knee jerk paranoid reactions like that which are a true measure of someones intelligence, don't you think?

I hope Maxi's sitter doesn't come back and haunt us in the second half

we need to keep it up, we have been doing well, Lucas and Meireles are really doing well, we need to concentrate and stop silly freekicks. Johnson has bale in his backpocket, I'm only worried about our left hand side, Konchesky needs to focus!

Lucas motm so far he's been immense he has been all over the pitch and hasn't placed a bad pass yet. Johnson holding Bale at bay for the moment, it's hard to shut down someone of his quality for the full 90 though so we'll see how that goes but he's done well. Kochesky and Kuyt both having horrible games but everyone else has done well apart from Torres/N'gog who aren't doing enough.

I think Maxi's tried to touch it to get it out of his feet for a shot, but f'cked it. I don't think he's trying to skin the keeper there.

Fantastic first half, a little more composure and wed be 3 nil up! - Good news is, if we had been 3 up, maybe the second half would have been defensive now it wont, bad news, we might not get sitters like that again this match!

good first half display, should probably have another one or two but keep this performance going we can definitely win this match. tho hav to be careful as spurs are still very much a threat n we hav 3 players on yellow cards. come on you red men!!!

If Maxi can get his shooting boots on for the 2nd half we'll be in business. Excellent one-twos with Torres, just need to finish. If Spurs push up in the 2nd, we'll score two more easy.
