unless Mill give hicks the money to pay off RBS for now, with the view that later on Mill gets Hicks shares ???

That would suck

rorysmith_tel    If Hicks and Gillett have lifted the TRO, then I'd suggest that's something that's in their interests, rather than NESV.

Lifting the injunction sparks a race against time for the two respective parties to get their deal through first. Sources close to the NESV deal are believed to be confident that a sale to Mill Financial would still require board approval and would therefore challenge any sale in court,

if RBS accept Mill money and them cu.nts end up owning us then we must take action. I vote we go on tour and smash up every thing related to RBS. Then find hicks and murder him. rip his teeth out one by one, then his toe nails, then kick him until he's barely breathing and then put 10000 volts through his ball sack.

then throw him to the pigs.

any news yet?

Id bet money that Mills offered a re-financing package, not a full payoff, thats why rBS said no... its all about the NESV

I thought the TRO was the only thing preventing the sale to NESV.  Surely the sale can be completed now?

The removal of this TRO almost certainly confirms Hicks has agreed a deal with Mill for his #lfc shares ... High Court 2pm anyone?

Yeah but they would need to have a meeting. John Henry is probably still having Cornflakes. H&G/Mill have obviously calculated this and are in position to send money to RBS. I just hope Board approval is required for someone to buy Hicks shares.

10.25am: "Or it might have been lifted to stop them going to Jail, both in the UK and the USA as they were a bit economical with the truth in that Dallas courtroom, and if they breach a high court judge's injunction it's generally bad news for them," emails Anthony O Connell

I'm sure NESV have an agreement with RBS to pay off the loan too?
