It's now a race against time to get the money paid to RBS.

Hopefully RBS give Hicks people the wrong bank details by mistake.

NESV have a legally binding contract and will take severe action if the deal doesn't go through. RBS would be mad to take the money from MIll.

no they are very much in the race, its down to RBS to whos money they take now.....also Mill are linked to Hicks and when they put the club up for sale is was said it had to be to a new 3rd party, Mill are not that in my eyes.

Look I think we are all panicing and no doubt there will be pressure throughout the day, but the fact is the :censored:

have until 4 today to comply with the sale or they will be in contempt of court. FACT. Have faith, Broughton and co. have all the angles covered..... I hope

Surely RBS will deal with NESV first though. They have been trying to do a deal for the past week. Mill and Hicks have had ages to do this but they haven't. The injunction is lifted sign with NESV. Mill can go :censored:

well they might be forced to, under banking law if someone wishes to pay a loan off for someone you can not stop them.

I'm hoping that we won't find out Mill Finance owning us at the end of the day!

However, NESV has the binding right to own the club, so that makes things even worse for G+H and Mill.

unless Mill give hicks the money to pay off RBS for now, with the view that later on Mill gets Hicks shares
