he defaulted on his loans to the rangers and then dragged out court cases in the same way he is now.in the end the baseball comissioner had to step in take the club off him and sell it.
it took a few years for that to happen

why couldnt the judge just contact the texas judge fax him the minutes of yesterdays case and tell them to fuk off he hasnt a leg to stand on.
then again how can hicks have any credibility in any court of law.
