Just heard a QC on 5 live saying that in the end G&H have been represented in London so at that point cleary believed it was London who had jurisdiction.

Also the Judge in Dalla has noted that his judgement was based on what he heard from one party because the other party was not even invited but the matter was so urgent that he believed a TRO should be issued.

Basically i think it will go our way and the sale to NESV will take place.
