The meeting last night was 'attended' by H&G by telephone and they accused the English board......members of an "epic swindle" and labelled them "rogue corporate directors" and referred to RBS as "co-conspirators"...

This is becoming farcial, but its scary the lengths these parasites will go to. and remeber these are the same US courts who have given a criminal 1 million compensation after he broke into a garage, got locked in and had to eat dog food... its scary

exactly. I think it has more to do with the wording in his statement. he said he is withdrawing his offer BECAUSE it has been ignored by the board. Could help hicks

He points out that H&G signed up to this jurisdiction by getting into agreement with RBS and by agreeing to proceedings here. "It is preposterous" that they will simply go to another jurisdiction because they are not happy with the verdict.

He says G&H are probably "sitting ang giggling" at their behaviour right now.

It wont help hicks, the rulings have already been passed, generally there is sod all lim can do. It sounds to me though as if he is whoring himself to other potential premier league clubs.
