So it seems like we are in / heading back to court today to try and lift this injunction

meanwhile, T&G have put the injuction through giving them enough time to sell their shares to Mill Financial

Resulting in Mill financial currently own H&G shares in Liverpool, and just need to pay RBS  the £230m owed...

... then we're owned by Mill Financial!!!!!!!

RBuxton_LFC    RT @bbc5live: #5live understands that Mill Financial now own both Tom Hicks and George Gillett's shares in #Liverpool #LFC

Surely they have to change the company articles and re register the company as such before it becomes official giving the UK court time to kick these w@nkers out?

Wheres John Henry? Come on son, we need you to tw@t these yanks on the chin.

In the High Court the bank's QC, Richard Snowden, made it clear that it wanted its loan from Hicks and Gillett repaid by tomorrow's deadline and took great offence in the suggestion, made by the owner's QC, that the two parties were "locked" into an agreement which meant no money had to be repaid by 1 November. RBS is reluctant to put Liverpool into administration and enforce a nine-point penalty and so it is likely its officials will be in communication with Broughton over the next 24 hours to discuss how his attempts to overrule the Dallas injunction is progressing and how close a takeover deal actually is. If the news is positive then there is a strong chance the bank will wait for events to unfold. If not then it may well step in and force Liverpool into an ever greater state of crisis.

Surely Hicks cant just sell his shares to Mills and then they own us?  What about premier league approval and due diligence and all that?  What about the high court hearing yesterday were it was agreed the whole board had to vote on these things!

FOL!  If Mill take over will it be a disaster?  i know feck all about them

The way i see it the judge yesterday said the meeting must go ahead at 8pm last night to sell the club.

Then hicks says hes got an injunction.

Then says hes sold his shares to Mill finance.

Why was he allowed to do this if the judge ordered that the meeting to sell the club at 8pm.

I think there should be a court case to find out which court has the power to do what.

Oh well thats something i suppose. If theres one thing a judge doesn't like its people going against his judgement. And he was determind to have the club sold last night without any delay.
