Hold on a min... what about the sale process which the board (the 3 directors) were empowered with and also the binding agreement with NESV? This is not just about repaying the loan. Sure Mill's offer has to be considered as one of the 3 offers on the talbe and because of the legal hoo haa. But if the 3 directors think that NESV is better for the club even at lower offer, they could still choose NESV. Couldn't they?

tariqpanja #LFC and #RBS in High Court to injunct against Hicks's restraining order. They claim a Texas court has no jurisdiction over UK company law

paul_tomkins #LFC and #RBS to return to High Court at 2

JimBoardman So, Tom Hicks and George Gillett have gone - if reports and information is correct. Mill Financial currently own #LFC if correct.

seem like we are going back to court to get a super ruling, they can not get this block by any over court in the us as the uk have agreed with the us on super rule........god its getting a bit out of my depth now, find my self looking up all this court stuff on the net to see what it all means
