Yes - but this means LFC have a 3-2 voting majority in effect (Broughton, Purslow, Ayres vs The Fuc.kle Brothers)

I just want the judge to grant a full on party , to be paid for by G & H, for the Reds fans outside the court.....

The judge denied leave to appeal. That doesnt mean that there will be no appeal. What it means that H&G dont get an automatic right of appeal, what they need to do is to apply to the Court of Appeal and request that the CoA allows them to appeal, i.e. its making an appeal more difficult for them (although not still ruling out the possibility of an appeal).

Refusing leave to appeal by the trial judge is where he feels that an appeal would be a waste of the court system's time and pointless.

this is what I'm worried about....
in order for MB to make his 500K bonus, he has to sell the club. up to now, we've all understood it to be NESV. now i'm not so sure....

Im sure it will be NESV.  Broughton said they were the best last week...  so he'd look stupid if he didnt go with them now.

And im sure Ayres and Purslow are happy with NESV too.  Henry even tweeted to congratulate them.
