A legal expert just said on SKY that the judge can refuse an appeal but if there is one it is likely to be within the next 72 hours.

the appeal process is virtually automatic, and they would be foolish not to appeal because they've come this far.

However, the speed which the judge came to his decision proves that the odds were hugly stacked in our favour and i can't see anything changing.

Our owners have been screwed over good and proper....not only are they out, but they've lost a HUGE amount of cash in the process   :laugh: `
