Great news!!!

But as someone stated a few pages back the fookers willl in all probability appeal the decision, so does it really end here? (forgive me for being a bit sceptical - I am of course DELIGHTED that we've won the case).

Finally good news ! This is the end of AIDS and Cancer at our club. Probably they will try to buy some more time, but ... IT's COMING !

Dudes, even if Twit and tw@t appeals, it won't stop RBS from getting their money back, the board LEGALLY sold the club, and most likely G+H will lose their appeal as well.

ok i've gathered myself......what happens now? Do NESV officially own us now? Do we avoid going into administration? Does an appeal mean we go into admin/ NESV don't own us until the appeal is done?

I'm no legal expert but wouldn't there have to be grounds for an appeal? They can't just appeal because they don't like the result, can they? If they need grounds, what would those be and what can happen in the meantime?
