It would be harsh if the Prem would deduct the nine points if RBS takes over. It's not like LFC can't pay off the loan in time if they were sold. It's the ahole owners who are holding up the payment by not agreeing to a deal in time. Hopefully this will be taken in consideration if RBS does take over. They are going to get their money right away either way.

So after saying it was a little ambitious to shoot for a Friday deadline they've decided they can now resolve it in less than 24 hrs??? :suspect:

Hopefully this sad LFC saga will finally reach it's conclusion.

The odd thing is that RBS have in some way owned the club all along seeing as its their money thats invested in it. G & H havent paid them back yet and so until that day they are surely in control of the situation. These boys just lend money and then sell at a higher price and keep whats left after paying back what they owe but for one they have paid anthing back and two they couldnt attract a buyer leaving RBS to find one, which they have. Its an absolute farce and all in all we are now seeing a hustler at work trying to manipulate laws and situations to nick a few bob from a con that went wrong.

4.04pm: JUDGE SAYS IT WOULD BE A "LITTLE AMBITIOUS" FOR THE CASE TO BE SETTLED BY FRIDAY. (In reply to Broughton's QC saying board would desperately like a verdict by then). Just wondering where that would leave us.

Where we've been since the day Peter Robinson stepped down. In the sh*t. Thanks, Gillet, thanks Hicks, special mention to Noel White, guilty of extreme arrogance and complacency in the early 1990's. However, David Moores and Rick (silent P) Parry, come on down. You chiselling pair of shysters! !

And if by any chance any of the players read this website, stand up and be counted this weekend. You can't use this to cover the fact that vast majority of you have been playing like spineless, useless h*cks this season. Every single one of us would run through walls to wear that red shirt. Do the h*cking same will you! !

this are the feelings of a lot of fans copied and pasted from a rumour site

judging by the fact the courts said it was ambitious to get a result before friday this statement only can mean one thing...

It's been agreed out of court.

Can't understand how THicks can countersue because he beleives the club has been under valued. If your house gets re-possesed by the bank, they don't sell it for what you paid for it, they sell it at market value. If the difference is less then you are liable for the rest of the money, as is Hicks in this case
From Shankly to Brendan we follow our team, Rome to Istanbul we've all lived the dream. Our journey is long, our goal stays the same, to keep for our children the famous red name.
