I keep re-reading his comment.... its a trick.... theres no reference to Rafa.

It's not Mick - no mention of 7th place or sky is blue and even more shocking not one mention of any group .

someone has taken his laptop or he has had a bang to the head  :wwww

I see little reason to worry. The judge is unlikely to rule in favour of H&G. Even if he does and Broughton loses the appeal RBS will probably just sell the club to NESV at a lower price and without any penalty fee being imposed.

he will ask the club to be frozen untill the 23rd nov, giving him time to get a new loan (looks like with citibank) to pay rbs off.

its danger all the way.

how do you know this lakes??

That's point one, my second point is that this new lot look OK to me. My third point is that I think the thing will go through, and Hicks and Gillette will get feck all, rightly so.

It finally only remains for me to say Mick was ere :buttrock.

I agree with everything you say and welcome to the takeover thread....now f.ck off back to the Jose thread :D

pmsl, but he has a point, as i said i did not know who they were by name, all i have ever known about them is "un named americans" and they only had the money to be a 3rd party, so to find it was them that had made the board spilt was a shock.. but filled in a lot of gaps.

Wait... how can Hicks do that if they have written agreement when Broughton was appointed Chairman that only the latter could change the board members? This is one of the conditions of the load extension by RBS...

er as its going to cost hicks over 100mil, i take it that there was a bit put in that it could be sold at a loss or something.

on the face of it hicks dont stand a chance but as they say, you can not tell what might happen once its at the high court.

Hello Harry,

Read your comments re: your sympathy for the current Liverpool owners.

You will no-doubt appreciate that Liverpool is servicing an unsustainable debt which threatens it's survival and the current owners are responsible for that - so I'm sure you will also appreciate for a club of Liverpool's stature and following, allowing the current owners to drive this great institution in to the ground,  is not something that the footballing world would want to standby, watch and condone - even if it something that has benefitted the likes of 'spurs', short-term.

We all have to do what we do to earn a living, but scribing sympathy for the lot of two people who are driving Liverpool FC under, is not befitting of you - infact it is quite unbelievable that you actually belive that !

I suppose given where you're other clubs have ended-up you don't sympathise with rescuing a situtaion before it results in the outcomes of Porstmouth and co?

I know Rafa's inter will be upon you soon - I sincerely hope they beat you !

Zara
THE BRENDAN REVOLUTION IS UPON US !

KING KENNY.. Always LEGEND !

RAFA.. MADE THE PEOPLE HAPPY !

Miss YOU Phil-Drummer - RIP YNWA
