There are some very powerful people in Britain who want the club sold, not for the sake of the fans or the city of Liverpool, but for the sustained value of Premiership and English league. This court case will send a warning shot to potential buyers wanting to asset strip football clubs not to bother, you won't be able to get away with it. These clowns that have bought the club by borrowing money and have suffered as a result of their own shortsightedness (global recession). G&H Tails will be firmly tucked between legs on Friday.

The legal representatives need be present but I'm not sure H&G do. If they were present it might make for some spectacular TV coverage, at least entering and leaving the courtroom.

They don't have to be present, their lawyers who represent them is enough for the tw@ts to be there.
