I sent the below to both banks (need to change the bank names as appropriate)
++

Dear Gentlemen,

PLEASE DO NOT work with Tom Hicks.

Hicks is toxic. He owns an asset that is imploding, He's abused his ownership position at Liverpool to rape the club, he now wants you through refinancing, to prolong his period in charge to forcefully extract more value. The negative connotations of working with Hicks are not worth it for Deutsche Bank. This isnt about business but untold damage to a carefully nurtured corporate image at Deutsche Bank which will become tainted overnight.

Hicks is finished, let him drown. Let the people of Liverpool regain control of our football club. Maybe you'd have a couple of good quarters additional income from tying up with Hicks, but when he finally goes bust, the fallout by association will come back to haunt Deutsche Bank.

You dont want to go down this route, to be associated with an A1 Shyster. Deutsche Bank's history is too rich to be associated with Hicks. The people of Liverpool are waiting for Hicks to fall, I dont think it wise if Deutsche Bank became involved as its more complicated than a simple commercial transaction - and thats not Deutsche Bank's business.

I wish you all a good day and hope your conscience will ward you off entering a struggle that is none of Deutsche Bank's making, nor concern.

Yours sincerely
Reg

Yes - I dont expect Deutsche Bank to come knocking on my door and if anyone else does, I'll give them a 10 yard start.

Get in contact with Deutsche Bank in the UK. Also there's a DB in Liverpool if people want to riot. :D

Because Hicks is trying to get the re-finance on future revenue from the new stadium.

who is Joe Anderson?

Leader of Liverpool city council maxi lad . The man with the power to pull the planning permission .

that's brilliant news! :) the end to this misery looks like its ending. slowly but surely.
