Also, It wouldn't be a bad shout obtain email addresses for all the big sport hacks and clog up their inboxes for the next few days as well.

yeah lets alienate as many influencial people as possible

F.u..c..k Off pal

right back at ya, brains

ok lets not allow these germs(hicks and gillette) to carry on a climate of conflict between us guys. I am as frustrated as the rest of us but we need to approach any activity with a degree of rational. Alienating influential 'hacks' isnt going to serve our purpose, what we need to do is take out full page adverts in sunday papers that will cost a few grand, bus stop or public transport campaigns, people clip boarding in city centres(free) highlighting the issues. If we are to target anyones 'inbox' it must be RBS or any other banking organisations that may be tempted to continue this cycle of toxic debt.

Fair point dude, just venting, tis all good in the hood :D

the problem for me is that our troubles have not got anywhere near the press inches they should have and bearing in mind we seem to be nearing def con 4 the more publicity the better. I wasn't suggesting junk mailing the hacks, simply putting forward our concerns in an effort to get a few column inches. if enough fans did it we might get a bit more press time about the real issues rather than the usual focus on our ability or inability to keep our star players under the current situation.

i have read on other forums that some fan are talking about going onto the pitch before the start of the next home game and not moving so the game is called off.
they are asking fans to do it in a very calm way and no running, walk on and sit down.
I think the mood has changed now and thing like that we are going to see a lot of.

Any protest will be met with agreement and support from some and annoyance and even opposition from others. SOS need to decide quickly how far they want to go and what strategy they need to take to ensure maximum publicity and nuisance value for the owners.
They desperately need the media to highlight the cause and possibly be on their side. Journalists are by and large lazy tw@ts who want a story written for them.
So give them a story. It has to be a concerted effort with not just a negative "we dont want them because theyre cu'nts" approach. There has to be a positive alternative and backing from all quarters of LFC supporters including players, celebrities, local and national politicians. Involving kids is always a powerful image. The owners have to be put on the back foot and made to come out and explain their intentions.
A march is good but the timing and route are crucial. A motor cavalcade is much more effective and can stop traffic for miles, which will inconvenience many people but will highlight your aims and get the media interested.
Phone ins and letter writing can be good but you have to have people who are media friendly and dont go on spouting sh'ite and moaning like tits.
Protests inside the game are good but people stop once the match starts for obvious reasons. A protest outside where hundreds refuse to enter until 15 minutes after kick off, then go in and take their seats will pi'ss many people off but will again bring to the medias attenion the intent of protesters.
Hire a coach and park outside number 10 then let the tyres down. Someone handuff themselves to Hicks, Purslow, Cameron, anyone to bring attention to the cause. Chain yourself to the Shankly Gates. Being disobedient and getting arrested is also a way to get publicity.
It all depends how far people want to go to to get these fu'ckers out...

Tom Hicks's last-ditch attempt to retain control of Liverpool is likely to be opposed even more vehemently than previously thought, as the American's proposals are understood to include a plan to restore his son, Tom Hicks Jr, to the Anfield operation. Hicks Jr resigned in January as a director of Liverpool and its parent company, Kop Holdings, after an abusive exchange with a supporter, to whom he retorted in an email: "Blow me fuck face."

To replace Gillett on the board? Hicks needs numbers.

I refuse to go to Anfield except for 15th April mermorial.I won,t buy anything related to the club,i have closed my RBS account and Sky. Theres no point going in the ground to demonstrate, because the vermin have got what they want YOUR MONEY. Lets start putting picket lines OUTSIDE the ground to explain the situation to those who ain,t got a f.ucking clue, and try to get them not to enter the ground.Imagine a live Sky game at Anfield with a 1,600 attendance, they could not ignore that.TIME TO STAND UP AND BE COUNTED

Protest outside RBS HEAD OFFICES IN lONDON, Enough is enough now , We have to take it to were the main people are at. and if that means traveling then so be it .

fyi for anyone who didn't know there is a massive RBS HQ just down the road from where the SOS meeting is next week.

Bought hospitality tickets for me and my 21 month old son today for the Sunderland game, seen all of this and contacted my bank which is the co-operative where I have flanked a fraud case to get my coin back. I will wait until the leeches are gone. I will pump NO money into the club whatsoever until the disease has been cured. :censored: merchandise, :censored: tickets and :censored: Twit & tw@t.

YNWA.

My little lad can wait.

Let's hope what we do makes people stand up and take notice.

Kits were bought as soon as they were issued so that's a no-go. He's 21 month old he don't know any different.

I DO though, and I know what us the fans are going through, and I want him to be able to follow the team that we have grown up to see just has his dad did, the history, the heritage, the success, the good times ands the bad. I want him to grow up and realise that we ARE LIVERPOOL FC and we will not be DEFEATED.

“Make it Happen”

Wednesday, 22 September
Liverpool v Northampton,

For too long now we sat in the seats at our club with the owners having all the power.
On the 22nd we are taking the power back.

We ask you to attend the game with only one aim, to get it called off. Real Supporter power.
We are asking our supporters to enter onto the pitch 10 minutes before kick off and to remain there until 10pm.
This is to be a very peaceful protest but very loud. We ask you that no running at anytime should take place.
