Bav he is right about the fact that alot of the fans are happy.

Are we still making the mistake of putting everything together ?
If the owners want to sell Torres Gerrard or any other player, that would happen Rafa or not.
The fact is alot of fans are relieved that the manager has gone.
I know there are still thousands that are not happy to have lost Rafa also.
But i still feel we needed to change things.

Torres has more chance of staying.
If rafa had still been here he would have left, I know this forum not care much for the media but its coming from ex players at the club that he was going to leave if Rafa had not gone.

ok i understand if it was just coming from one reporter but its coming from a lot of ex players and staff at the club.

move on Rafa left the club to take another job, he was sacked before he could leave.

you lot need to stop talking about Rafa and making the link with him going and the owners.

this thread is meant to be about a take ove but yet again it turns into talk about the manager of the club.

If members dont love the club anymore due to them getting rid of Rafa then they can always go to Inter with him.

Rafa was not bigger than this club, Rafa was a very nice guy but at the end of the day he is not hear anymore.

we have owners that have no power left at the club, all money is not being run by the board.

A new buyer will be found.

the club make their own mind up, they did not get rid of him due to bad press, they got rid of him due to poor results and being linked to other clubs all the time, the photo of his agent meeting other clubs did that.

1. it has been known for a very long time by ex players and media that Rafa had been looking at other clubs (we dont know if this was due to him thinking he was going to get the sack or not)

Lakes... if you can't see the fact that the reason the money men got rid of Rafa is because Rafa is in their way of doing whatever they like to the club (and that includes selling the cub's best assets like Gerrard and Torres to reduce the loan if needed) you must be feckin blind...

seriously how can any fan be happy about Rafa being sacked? they must be feckin short-sighted and ignorant...

1. I never said the Owners got rid of Rafa... I said "the money men"

2. He was in talks with them because he wasn't assured that the will continue at anfield... nothing wrong with that... (are you gonna feckin tell me that you're not gonna start looking for other jobs if you have doubts that you might not be at your current job for long?)

the best intrest for the club is to let RBS set the selling price, this will see the club sold fast but at a low profit to G&h, G&H had an idea that it might come to this and thats why they put another bank in charge of finding a buyer making it a bit harder for RBS to set the price, it still can be done in a few steops but needs the other banks to give their say so.

and as for the media stuff, yes a lot of it that comes in is not 100% and thats why the BBC dont run with it, as i have always said i post that stuff for you all to make your own mind up.

so what's stopping RBS from asking G&H to repay the loans? can you ask your friends that please?

and what's the main criteria for G&H in finding a buyer? MAXIMUM PROFIT... and in the mean time they will just siphon off the money that the club takes in... while happily waiting for their buyer when they can happily pocket their profit...

is that in the best interest of the club? NO
