Liverpool Football Club - Games

I'm certain Shelvey will start, going from the feel of his twitter comments anyway.

I think Rodgers will play as experienced as he can with the players selected.

I would rather he played Yesil than Morgan going by the Hearts game and Sterling doesn't need to start, put Assaidi in

didn't these give a first string Spuds side a good game in the CL a few years back?
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

they were 3-0 up at home against spurs after 20 minutes at home. eventually won 3-2 then got spanked 4-0 at white hart lane.

Whats with these stupid 6pm kick offs??

Thankfully we haven't got any in the group stage when we're at home cos it'd be fooking brilliant trying to get up the ground through all the match and rush hour traffic.

I smell another brain dead UEFA idiot and TV exec sticking their noses in the till instaed of engaging their barins into first gear!!

Looking forward to seeing some of the younger players in action but must admit I'm thinking our manager is taking a gamble on it.

I'm not sure if he's underestimating the Swiss, has great belief in the squad he's chosen or just isn't ar'sed about the result, either way it won't be an easy game.

I think we are all excited to see younger players in action, however, I do have doubts about playing so many of them all at once.  Case in point, Sterling.  He looked alright in the preseason, nothing jaw dropping.  Once he was able to play with the true first XI though, he stood out.  Having better players around him on the pitch surely helped him out.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.
