Liverpool Football Club - Games

Hustler mate you need to stop being so negative. We've had all the possession and chances, hopefully we convert a chance in the second half. I'm not a big fan of Shelvey either but he has done alright so far this season - give the lad a chance. Johnson defensively has always worried me but we should be able to raise the tempo after the break.

Get Sahin on...

Is Yesil on the bench? I think Sterling is getting bossed about too much.

While i dont want to hit the panic button we look clueless, we dont have anyone that can finish, Borini looks lost, Luis looks like hes going to be sent off before the end.

Bottom 3 for a while yet as Utd are going to rip us a new one on this form.

All Brens nice words and interviews mean jack ***** when we look like lower table fodder

"We've had all the possession and chances"

Think Sahin could make a big difference. Switch Sterling to the left.

Suarez + a couple of defenders are playing just OK. The rest have been average.

The team need better luck.. Better fan support...
Better vision and Better referees :)
I am liking what I am seeing as a whole. The upgrading process will take time.
The results are not there yet. The fans doesn't feel it yet.. But I am sure they will feel it when the team gets the rhythm together.
Keep the faith..

Lakes - I get your point but surely it's better to keep having possession and make more chances than not. Definitely agree that we must be more clinical.

We know that Lakes... but most seem to have forgotten we don't have a no.9.  :grinning: So what exactly are people expecting?

Don't worry... the longer we linger around the relegation zone the more pressure FSG will feel to splash out in the Jan window.  :wwww

We have had one decent chance in the first half, the shot from borini. We have had a lot of possession but we have done fuckall with it as usual. Sterling, while obivously talented should be matched carefully. It says a lot about our squad when he starts his 3rd match in a row.

Agreed... it used to be one of our biggest problems keeping the ball and whilst we have been scrappy today we look good when in possession - generally.

We are playing to exactly the same standard as the first three games, we dont look solid as a unit.

I dont like to be negative, but your playing for LFC, not the sunday pub team.

Hate to say it but u get the sense we will concede again...
Floyd stepped left and threw the hook that caught Hatton flush under the chin. Finally, the British champ had arrived in that mythical place of which his fans speak: Hatton Wonderland.
