yes, absolutely elated!

But for sure, we need to tighten the ropes on the defence in the summer.

Chelsea aren't playing in the prem this weekend. They're playing in the FA cup (and losing). And even if they were, we would have been 7 points behind them, not 4.

Apart from a great win it was a great match as well. First we were winning, then losing, then winning again.

Btw, I thought Lucas had a good game today, he's coming back to his old self. I think Sturridge needs to rein down his temptations to go solo and try and pick out team mates - I felt this was initially Suarez's problem as well last season, but he's changed a lot in that regard, and I hope Sturridge will too.

Good all round performance today. Looks like certain players, we were all not very impressed by initially, are now getting stuck in, chasing the ball down etc. It's good to see a 'don't give up attitude' which was not there really there in recent times.

Got the breaks for a change rather than giving it away ourselves.

3 up top and Downing in middle was bit too ambitious and started to take its toll
with Spurs dominating the ball but to be fair Rodgers sorted that and we got back
in the match.

Still room for improvement, especially at the back, but a wins a win and we have
hammered teams and got nothing but today just dug in and ground out an important
victory.

I don't care how it was done, or why, or what could be different.  Three points against a very in form team that is above us in the table.  I'm more than happy with it.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.
