What about diouf? - Can he replace cisse?

Now that Cisse is out for the season, and we are short on cash should we recall Diouf in January?

I know he is not the most popular guy around, but right now we need a pair of legs up front. I do think Benitez will get more out of him than Houllier ever did (Traore, Carra, Baros, Riise etc looks much better this year), and by playing regularly for Bolton he should improve his fitness level and his self confidence. Today he even scored a goal against good opposition. What do you think?
If football is banned in heaven. I'd rather go to hell.

no he didn't, kevin davies did. diouf could have been sent off after kicking the ball away in the 2nd half.

It would be interesting to see how he might perform for Benitez.

He may have burned his bridges with some of his comments in the press, but I've always said that he was unlucky not to get a decent look in up front for us. I'd certainly prefer to see him up front instead of Mellor.

He'd make a good squad addition to see us through to next summer, particularly if Benitez has potential purchases lined up for other areas.

I rather see Biscan play up front than Diouf

Wouldn't let him on the pitch with a lawnmower.
